Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and until curtain time before performances. On Sunday, the box office opens for an hour and half before curtain time. On performance Mondays, a telephone hotline is operational from 12 pm onwards and the box office opens at 2 pm.

Important: Bookings for Il barbiere di Siviglia will open on 1 June 2010, at 10 am. For all other productions of the 2010-2011 season, bookings open on 1 September 2010 at 10 am.

New: from 1 September 2010, Internet patrons can book all seats available for sale. After logging in, you can book your seats, pay online and print your tickets at home. Please have your proof of concession ready at the ticket barrier when you attend the performance.

When placing your order, please specify the date and time of the performance you wish to attend, the price category and number of seats requested, as well as your name, given name, address and telephone (for youth and student concessions, please add a copy of your ID or student card). We will process your booking according to seat availability and confirm by phone or e-mail. Payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation at the box office or your booking will be cancelled. Credit card payments are accepted by telephone.
 
NEW: While booking seats for performances at the box office, patrons may also order performance programmes and refreshments during intermissions.

The box office accepts payment in cash, by debit or credit card (MasterCard and Visa payments are accepted by phone and Internet).
 
 

Ticket retrieval/Tickets by post


Purchased tickets can be retrieved at the Grand Théâtre box office during opening hours or at the performance venue one hour before curtain time. Debit or credit card bookings can be sent by post, upon request and within reasonable delays (Fr. 4.- postage will be charged to the addressee).
 
 

Gift vouchers, CDs, programmes and posters

 
Gift vouchers for performances, programmes, CDs and Grand Théâtre posters are on sale at the Grand Théâtre box office and on www.geneveopera.ch.

New: From 1 September 2010, tickets will also be on sale at Fnac and Ticket Corner outlets.
 
 
IMPORTANT
Programme and cast changes may take place in the course of a season. Reimbursements or exchanges are not possible unless the performance is cancelled (please read the special conditions for season ticket holders on page 47). Proof of concession status must be produced with every concession booking (under 26 years of age, students, passedanse, 20 ans/20 francs card)
